(1) Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: In order to maintain a fair and serious teaching environment, please note that when you book a lesson and do not attend without more than a 36 hours notice, that time slot cannot be booked by another student, nor can the teacher offer instant tutoring at that hour. Therefore, 1a1 Tutor will request payment in full for any session that you cannot attend and that is not rescheduled with at least 36 hours notice. We understand at times there may be emergencies so you may reschedule if that's the case.
(2) If a student does not arrive in the first 15 minutes of the lesson, they will be considered absent and will be charged for the lesson.
(3) The teacher will end the lesson 3-5 minutes early to prepare if they have another lesson immediately afterward. Most of the teachers lessons are back-to-back, for this reason, the lessons will end on time, even if you are late.
